IPTVGREAT – IPTV Subscription That Fits in Your Hand Luggage

IPTVGREAT Privacy Policy

A short account of what reaches us, what never does, how long any of it survives, and how to have your record removed.

Who is behind this notice

IPTVGREAT operates iptvgreat.forum and decides what happens to the information described below. The notice covers three places information can turn up: this website, the order and support conversation, and the streaming account itself. It is written to be read rather than survived, which is why it is shorter than most and why nothing important is buried in a sub-clause.

What the website itself records

The web server keeps ordinary request logs: the address a request came from, the page asked for, the time it happened and the browser string sent with it. They exist for security and for spotting broken pages, and they rotate away on a short cycle. This site sets no advertising cookies, loads no ad-network code and builds no profile of you across other websites.

The two forms on this site

Only two things on this site can send us anything: the trial request and the contact form. Between them they take an email address, the screen you intend to use, an optional WhatsApp number, a name, a topic and whatever you type into the message box. The address your submission came from is stored with it, which is how the hourly limit on submissions works. No field is passed to an advertiser, because there is no advertiser here to pass it to.

The WhatsApp thread

Ordering happens on WhatsApp, so we see the profile name and number attached to that account and whatever you choose to write in it. WhatsApp is run by its own company under its own policy, and the thread sits on their service as well as on the phone at this end. If you would rather not use it, the contact page reaches exactly the same people.

Money

Payment is handled by the provider you pick. Card numbers, bank details and wallet credentials do not pass through this website and are not stored by us; what reaches us is confirmation that a payment for a given plan went through. Nobody here will ever ask you to type a card number into a chat window, and you should refuse if anybody does.

The streaming account while it runs

The streaming server records what any such server records: the username, when it connected, the address it connected from, and which stream it opened. That is what makes a stream limit enforceable, and it is what lets support tell you whether a stutter is at your end or ours. Worth knowing if you travel: that address changes when you sign in from somewhere new, which is normal and is not a problem.

Why any of it is kept

Four purposes, and no others: creating and supporting your account, sending your login to you, answering what you write, and reminding you before a term ends. Personal data is not sold, rented, traded or handed to advertisers. There is no marketing list you have quietly been added to, and unsubscribing from something you never joined is not a step you will need.

What never arrives here

Card and bank details. Your viewing history on any other service. Your contacts, your photos, your location beyond what an address implies. Anything at all from inside the device: the player apps are made by other companies, and what they keep stays on your hardware under their terms, not ours.

How long it stays

Account records are kept while a plan is active and for twelve months after it ends, so that somebody coming back can pick up the same login instead of starting again, and are then deleted. Form submissions are deleted after ninety days. Server logs rotate on a shorter cycle than either of those.

Requests about your own record

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased. Send the request on WhatsApp at +212 663 813 479, or through the form on the contact page and we answer within thirty days. One consequence worth stating plainly: erasing an active account ends the service on it, because the login is the record.

Younger viewers

Plans are sold to adults. We do not knowingly take details from anyone under sixteen, and where we learn that we have, the record is deleted rather than kept for form. What a household watches is a matter for the household, and the parental controls inside the player apps are the right tool for it.

Keeping the login private is your half

Traffic to this site runs over HTTPS, and access to account records is limited to the people who staff support. The part we cannot protect is the message with your credentials in it. Treat it like a door key: do not forward it, do not post it in a group, and if a device holding it leaves your possession, ask us to change the password rather than hoping.

If this notice changes

The date at the top of the page is the date of the version you are reading. A material change is noted there rather than made quietly, and no change applies backwards to information that has already been deleted.
